从下单到收货需要多久?How long will it take to receive my order?

How can I track my order? 如何追踪我的订单?

As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order under “My Orders” when you log in to your Cheese Snowpanther account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Immediately after placing your order you should receive an email notification at the email you entered during the checkout process. Also if you have aprovided a mobile phone number you will receive notification text messages confirming your order and tracking information.
